Thanks to your peers in the Melior Co-op, you’re getting access to a super qualified candidate with less time and expense than manual outreach or job posting.
Only pay when you're interviewing candidates (and only if you're interviewing more candidates than your referrals earn you).
Each candidate you refer can earn you the ability to interview multiple other great candidates. For a candidate to qualify, they must have had at least 2 rounds of interviews with you and they must be still open to similar job opportunities. For each qualified candidate, you earn:
1 interview credit (each 1 interview credit gets you introduced to 1 new candidate for you to interview) when the candidate first signs up.
1 additional interview credit each time that candidate gets an interview with another company through Melior.
Interview great candidates even when you aren't able to refer candidates. Buy as many interview credits as you want for $100 per interview credit.
Candidates will need to opt-in to have their personal and contact information shared with you.
